Strukton - Chemelot

Some time ago, we further developed the MAX-N cable duct. This new generation of duct and cover is manufactured from polypropylene in a light grey concrete colour. This colour keeps the temperature inside the duct as low as possible, thereby minimising the build-up of heat in power cables.

The familiar features and properties of the MAX-2N and MAX-3N have been retained, but now in an improved version.

Strukton was one of the first customers to start using this updated trunking. As a result, the cables on the Chemelot site are optimally protected. We were impressed by how neatly the cables had been laid by the customer – just look how tidy this route is!
