Maxpoint: Engineering, customisation and seamless integration
Sometimes a project calls for something slightly different than the standard approach. An existing installation needs to be expanded, the available space on site is extremely limited, or you are looking for a technical solution to bridge the gap between two systems that are not naturally compatible. This is where Maxpoint comes in. We are the partner who ties up the loose ends in your project. We don’t think in terms of standard catalogue numbers, but in terms of the most practical and safe solution for your specific location.
Our services include:
- Technical advice & feasibility
We prefer to get involved in your project as early as possible. You outline the challenge, and we analyse the situation on the shop floor. We ask the critical questions: What is the most efficient route? Can the current structure support this additional load? And how do we ensure compliance with the applicable (NEN) safety standards? We act as the external, level-headed brain behind your project.
- Customised engineering
If something doesn’t fit, we’ll make it fit. Our engineers design the physical structures, modifications or workarounds needed to ensure your technology works. Whether it’s a complex layout, a special frame or a unique housing, we translate the theory into a structurally sound plan.
- Technical drawing (3D / CAD)
A successful installation stands or falls on the accuracy of the drawings. We digitise your site layout into detailed 3D models and convert these into 2D working drawings. For the contractor or the fitters on site, our drawings serve as the definitive, error-free blueprint of what is to be built.
- System integration
Technology never stands alone. As Maxpoint is the sister division of Electropoint and Heatpoint, our engineers are trained to look beyond the boundaries of their own specialist fields. We design the mechanical framework in such a way that Electropoint’s cabling and Heatpoint’s pipework can be integrated seamlessly and safely at a later stage.
