Good ideas get rewarded!

Creating a safe working environment isn’t something you do alone – it’s something you do together.

And who better to come up with ideas for improving our workplace than our own colleagues? That’s why we at Heatpoint have launched a ‘QHSE Idea of the Year’ competition!

Throughout the year, all staff members have put forward some brilliant QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) ideas. These ranged from installing a CO detector in the workshop to using different cable ties that are less likely to break.

But there can only be one winner. This year, Yorick won the competition. His idea to purchase a more user-friendly generator was voted the best idea by his colleagues.

The prize is a day out with the family.
