ContactFrans de Wildt, director of Heatpoint, officially cut the streamers this morning for the opening of the new building.
After weeks of preparation, tidying up and moving, it was finally time to enter the new building today.
The property, located at Landzigt 32A in De Meern, has doubled in space and is located in an easily accessible location along the A12 & A2.
Heatpoint director, Frans de Wildt: “This is a special milestone for Heatpoint. We now have enough space both in the office and in the workshop to be able to serve all our customers well, now and in the future. Due to the applicable Corona measures, an official opening with our relations is unfortunately not possible at the moment and that is a great pity. Of course you are, by appointment, welcome to visit our new building while enjoying a cup of coffee. Finally, I am very proud of our team, we have worked hard together in recent weeks with a wonderful result. ”
Point heating keeps railway points free of snow and ice. Heatpoint uses different heating methods, depending on prevailing weather conditions and existing infrastructure. These include gas heating (infrared radiation), electric heating (resistance strip elements) and liquid heating (using a CH boiler or ground heat).
The MAX cable duct is a robust and highly durable duct which Heatpoint designed specifically for railways. These ducts protect vulnerable cables and pipes from vandalism and other forms of abuse or heavy loads.
